We see really good progress this month, with structural works for both Blocks 74B and 75B nearing completion, pending the roof level. With the first sky terrace floor completed for both 74A and 75A, construction pace for the two 47‑storey blocks continues to move smoothly.

If works maintain this momentum, structural completion for the entire project could realistically come before end‑2027. Structural progress for the residential blocks is currently at ~53% completion with 514 of 973 units completed.

Block 74A: 19 of 47 Floors 

From the progress recorded on 1 August (16–17 floors), the latest update implies an advancement of approximately 2.5 floors over four weeks, even with the National Day holiday in between. This is notably faster than the earlier estimate of one floor every two weeks, indicating a clear acceleration in the construction speed.

Block 75A: 17-18 of 47 Floors

Similarly strong progress observed for 75A, advancing from 15-16 floors four weeks ago. As stacks 537/539/541 are 34 floors high, so we may see progress for the block accelerate towards the end.

Block 74A: 25 of 25 Floors

No noticeable change since last month, with structural works pending at the roof level. No rush for this block - Once structural works for the roof are done, installation of roof water tanks, painting and other fixtures and fittings can proceed.

Finally caught up with 74A, with structural works largely done up till 25 floor!

Carpark

Structural works for the carpark appear largely completed, with in‑situ casting works at the roof level, including the staircase and lift shafts, now almost finished.

Other

Ground‑level works are progressing well too, with the previously excavated areas now backfilled with soil. This has allowed construction vehicles to move through and some areas area currently being used as a temporary staging and storage space to support ongoing works.

Block 17A: 19 of 48 Floors

I came across a recent update video by ‘Zai on Site’ on YouTube, which covers progress for both Cascadia and Courtyard quite comprehensively in August. 

It’s worth a look, the footage shows strong advancement at the market/hawker centre and the polyclinic, with the facade of the polyclinic being installed! While estimated to TOP 6 months later compared to Cascadia, we may see very similar completion dates given its current progress.

Tanglin Halt Cascadia - June 2026 Update

Here is my first update for Courtyard's bigger brother - Tanglin Halt Cascadia!  Progress has been varied since commencement in early 2024, but we are near the halfway mark with 456 out of 973 units (47%) completed as of 27 June 2026. The 'Cascadia' is starting to take shape! Taken on 27 June 2026 from Blk 53 of Commonwealth 10. Block 74A: 15 of 47 Floors Perhaps due to the greater complexity of building the sky terrace, works on level 15 has been going on since the start of the month. With 74B/75B nearing completion, would we see the progress for 74A/75A quicken? Only time would tell. Block 74B: 25 of 25 Floors The end is near! Overview Based on the current pace of construction, both Blocks 74A and 75A appear to be progressing at approximately one floor every two weeks. If this rate is maintained, the majority of structural works could potentially be completed by the end of 2027, with key collection likely taking place sometime in 2028.
