Tanglin Halt Cascadia and Courtyard - July 2026 Update

Tanglin Halt Cascadia Progress has been slower this month, largely due to ongoing works on the sky terraces for Blocks 74A and 75A, which are more complex than typical floor construction. Block 74A: 16-17 of 47 Floors With the first sky terrace now completed, Block 74A continues to advance steadily at roughly two weeks per floor. Works are currently underway at the 17th floor for stacks 501 to 507, while stacks 509 to 515 are progressing at the 16th floor. Block 75A: 15-16 of 47 Floors Construction for Stacks 543 to 549 has progressed to the 16th floor, while the remaining stacks are still completing the sky terrace level at the 15th floor. The sky terrace involves substantially more cast‑in‑situ (on-site) works and specialized formwork which naturally lengthen the construction time compared to a typical floor.
