Tanglin Halt Cascadia - September 2026 Update

Overview

Based on the current pace of construction, both Blocks 74A and 75A appear to be progressing at approximately one floor every two weeks. If this rate is maintained, the majority of structural works could potentially be completed by the end of 2027, with key collection likely taking place sometime in 2028.

Block 74A

Structural works are currently ongoing on the 22nd floor, progressing from the 19th floor reported last month.


Paint was observed on the facade of #06-503, together with the installation of windows. This appears to be a testing or trial installation for the 4 room unit.

Block 75A

Structural works are currently ongoing on the 20th floor, progressing from the 17th-18th floor reported last month.

Blocks 74B and 75B

Not much structural progress has been observed since last month, with the 25th-floor units and roof level still pending completion. It is possible that the precast roof components have yet to arrive, which could explain the pause in structural works. 


Nonetheless, internal works appear to are on-going across the units which have been sealed up with white canvas, and on the lower floors across both blocks, units up to the 7th or 8th floor are observed to have their windows installed.


Others

The car park appears to be nearing completion, with only minor works remaining in various areas. Hoardings are also being gradually removed.


Surface road formation next to the carpark is actively progressing, with the kerb outlines already set out and underground drainage lines visible.

Tanglin Halt Cascadia Progress has been slower this month, largely due to ongoing works on the sky terraces for Blocks 74A and 75A, which are more complex than typical floor construction. Tanglin Halt Cascadia - June 2026 Update

Here is my first update for Courtyard's bigger brother - Tanglin Halt Cascadia!  Progress has been varied since commencement in early 2024, but we are near the halfway mark with 456 out of 973 units (47%) completed as of 27 June 2026. The 'Cascadia' is starting to take shape! Taken on 27 June 2026 from Blk 53 of Commonwealth 10. Block 74A: 15 of 47 Floors Perhaps due to the greater complexity of building the sky terrace, works on level 15 has been going on since the start of the month. With 74B/75B nearing completion, would we see the progress for 74A/75A quicken? Only time would tell. Block 74B: 25 of 25 Floors The end is near! Not much needed to be said. 75A: 14 of 47 Floors Barely caught up to 74A's progress, but works for the sky terrace at the 15th floor is commencing. 75B: 21-23 of 25 Floors I've observed stacks 559/561 consistently trailing 563/565 by up to 5 floors since early this year, but at least they are caught up now and are expected to complete in 2 ...
